TT. TANG is a designer who integrates philosophy of life into his spatial practice. As the founder and design director of both Design Apartment Co., Ltd. and Edge of Design Co., Ltd., he advocates a natural and clear design language that reflects a youthful and vibrant Asian perspective, committed to exploring future possibilities of space and experience. For him, design is not merely visual expression—it is an extension of life itself. He firmly believes that “what you see is not design, but life,” and insists on being driven by passion, building profound and serene connections between people and space.

Tang has been widely recognized with numerous international honors, including being inducted into the U.S. INTERIOR DESIGN Hall of Fame, receiving the Andrew Martin International Interior Design Award, and winning the Platinum A’ Design Award in Italy. He is also named among the AD100 China—the most influential architects and interior designers in China. In addition to his design practice, he serves as a seminar lecturer at Tsinghua University and an expert advisor for the Shenzhen C Foundation, continuously contributing to design education and philanthropic development in the industry. His work and vision not only embody the tension of modern Eastern aesthetics but also represent a future-oriented, warm, and human-centered approach to design.
